2024 is coming to a close and another year is ahead. As the song goes, “every new beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”

I don’t have a lot to say about this year – it was a good one all things considered. Lots of local travel and relative peace in my life and that’s about all I could really ask for.

We never really know what the future may bring and that’s okay. Life is a mix of the choices you make and circumstances out of your control. It can be a bit scary to think about the unexpected, but all we can do is the best with what we can – make every day count, tell (and show) those you love that you do and appreciate all the moments big and small.

A new year is soon upon us and I, for one, am looking forward to it. How about you?!
