As the year is coming to an end, I find myself in a period of reflection. Life has been quite the roller coaster adventure for many years now. Mostly wonderful, happy things, but of course some sad things as well. It certainly reminds me of what’s important.
If you feel cheerful this year, remember there are those that feel somber. Try to bring joy to others however you can – all you need is a smile, a kind word, an open door. Christmas and the new year can bring pain to others, so we should do what we can to help those in need.
…So here’s my lifelong wish
My grown up Christmas list
Not for myself but for a world in need
No more lives torn apart
That wars would never start
And time would heal all hearts
And everyone would have a friend
And right would always win
And love would never end.
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, the warmest of holidays and a very Happy New Year!
